The ACI Chinese Fansub Forum ("ACICFG Forum'', "The Forum'', "This Forum", "We", "Us") is a free online service provided by the ACI Chinese Fansub Group ("ACICFG") for its audience to discuss aviation-related topics. We only retain the bare minimal information required to facilitate the service we provide, namely your username, your password stored under irreversible scrambled form, your profile picture, and optionally your email address. We also retain user activity logs ordinarily available to us (including but not limited to visitor cookies and IP addresses) in order to facilitate internet service and safeguard the security of your account, as well as for anti-spam purposes.
We only retain your email address to allow you to request password resets and to receive rare policy updates required by the law from the relevant jurisdiction. We never share your email address with any third party unless you explicitly authorize us to do so, or under a legal instruction from the relevant jurisdiction.
Should you wish to remove your profile image or email address from our records, you may do so by editing your profile on The Forum. Should you wish to remove any other information, you should contact info@chineseaci.com to request the deactivation of your account. We may request additional information to establish your ownership of the account concerned.
